Pay at the gate

Cost: $14/person, 3 and under are free

Season Pass: $25/person, 3 and under are free (max $120/family)

Additional Costs: Concessions and pumpkins will be an additional charge.

School Field Trips &
Home School Groups

WHO:

Groups of 20- 100 people
Grades 2nd- 5th
(Groups provide a minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 students)

WHEN:

Available 10am- 2pm, Mondays- Fridays in October

WHAT:

Small groups (10- 14 students + 2 adults) rotate between Seven Activity Blocks (35 min each) 

  • Lead Horseback Rides

  • Archery

  • Climbing Wall

  • Lunch (not provided)

  • Nature Trail Hike

  • Yard Games (Gaga ball, 9-Square in the Air, Corn Hole, Giant Chess, Giant Jenga)

  • Hay Ride

Plus, each student goes home with a mini pumpkin or gourd!

Private Hayride & Campfire

Looking for a fun fall event for your family, small group, or friends? Book a hayride at Autumn Adventures!

Booking Times Available:
Friday - Sunday 4:30 and 5:30

Pricing:
$145/group for A 2 Hour session

What’s Included:

  • Private 10-minute scenic hayride (each way) to a private fire pit

  • A cozy pavilion and picnic tables

  • A lit fire and wood to restock

  • Yard games

  • Hot drink assortment (cocoa, cider) for everyone

Add Ons:

  • Campfire Kit - $8/person- can be purchased online with your Hayride

    • Create your own hot dog brat combo (ready to be roasted by your group)

    • Chips

    • S’mores for all

    • A Cold beverage

    • Roasting Sticks

      (We’ll provide enough s’mores and hotdogs for 2/person)

Group sizes:

  • Our hayride allows for up to 15 people. If you would like more than 15 people for your group they are welcome to meet you all at your firepit, or we would be happy to create a custom quote for multiple hayrides.

Note:

  • Participants are welcome to bring their own food, but alcohol is not permitted.

(If you’re getting coordinates when you open google maps, you’re doing it right :) We want to send you the EXACT location).

Directions:
Autumn Adventures is located at Heartland’s northeast entrance, at the top of the hill.
(This is not our main entrance typically used for camps, retreats, and the office.)

Coming from 435:
Use Heartland’s first entrance on the left at the top of the hill. If you make it to the main entrance at the bottom of the hill, you’ve gone too far!

Coming from Leavenworth/Waldron:
Drive past Heartland’s main entrance and up to the next entrance on the right at the top of the hill.


We’ll have lots of signs to point you in the right direction!

What to bring

We will have minimal concessions, so feel free to make yourself at home by packing a picnic lunch and water bottle (no alcohol allowed on the premises).

Here are some other items to consider bringing along: picnic blankets, lawn chairs, day packs, sunscreen, and whatever you need to enjoy your Autumn Adventures at Heartland.
