FAQ
When can I book a party?
You may book as early as six months out and no less than 3 weeks prior to any given date.
What happens in the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If Heartland has to cancel due to weather, we’ll work with you to rebook another date or you may opt for a full refund.
What if I need to cancel the party?
If you cancel with at least one months notice, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the party, no refund will be provided and the full amount will be due.
If you need to cancel due to sickness or other extenuating circumstances, we’ll work with you to rebook another date at no charge. (A refund will not be granted if the rebooked date is also canceled).
