Charity Tournament

a casual Tournament for all levels!

Come enjoy a game of disc golf while supporting our Christian Camping Program for children and youth! This is a family-friendly, all levels tournament.

Tournament & Registration Fees

When: Saturday, November 2nd, 2024

Times: Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your tournament start time for registration & rules.
10:00am: Best Disc Team Tournament
11:45am: Hot Dog Lunch

Where: Heartland Center

All participants will receive a Heartland Disc and Hot Dog Lunch.

Please bring your own discs to use for the tournament (or use your tournament disc given to you at registration).

***Online registration closes at 4PM on Friday, November 1st, but walk-ins are welcomed and can fill out a paper registration at the tournament.

best Disc Team Tournament
$100/team
$35/Individual

This Tournament is a 4-person team scramble (best throw). All members will tee off on a hole and then decide which of the four lies best (is positioned best). The whole team plays their second throw from there, and so on until someone puts the disc in the basket. Then they will record one score for the whole team.

Bring three friends and make a team or come by yourself and join one! (If you are registering as an individual, please know a full team of 4 is not guaranteed)

Course

Our course is a little challenging and a lot of fun. It has grass tee boxes with fairways that wind around our retreat center. Many fairways are bordered by dense woods and others are surrounded by hay fields.

Please bring your own discs to use for the tournament (or use your tournament disc given to you at registration).

Prizes

Trophies and discs and t-shirts, oh my! Prizes will be awarded for closest-to-hole, longest drive, and more.

Refund policy

Registration fees are non-refundable; and cannot be transferred to another year, another person, or another Heartland Center event. Once your registration entry has been received, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances. The tournament organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone this event if weather conditions pose a danger to the participants.
