Heartland Center operates Christ-centered summer camps that serve over 2,500 children and youth throughout our region each summer. At our overnight and day camps, Heartland Campers grow in confidence, build lifelong friendships, disconnect from technology, develop new skills, and most importantly, grow their faith as they hear about God's great love for them. Simply put, Heartland strives to be A Place Where Kids Belong.
Heartland Center’s summer programs are subsidized by 50% through generous donors, income from our year-round retreats, and this impactful event. This year, we hope to raise $38,000 at our fourth annual A Night Under the Stars benefit concert. We invite you to help us sponsor this special evening.

Auction Items
The week prior to and during the event, we will host an online and in-person silent auction. We welcome popular items such as sporting event tickets & parking, overnight accommodations at hotels including a meal, gift cards to area restaurants or attractions, sports team swag items, and unique art/crafts. We ask that the minimum value be $50.
If you would like to provide an auction item in addition to your Starlight, S’more, or Firestarter Level sponsorship, please include that on your sponsor application. If you would like to provide an item for the auction only, please use this form.
FAQs
When do I need to submit my sponsorship or auction item?
Sponsorship applications should be submitted by August 15th and auction items by September 5th.
How many people attend the event?
Last year we hosted just over 150 people. Our goal is to have 300 attend this year and over 100 people participating in our silent auction.
What promotions are involved?
We have a well-developed social media program, coupled with promotional items that are distributed throughout Heartland Presbytery, our vendors, and all our retreat guest groups with an estimated 20,000 views.
What can I expect from my sponsorship?
Each sponsor level has a different level of sponsorship recognition (see above); however, all will receive our gratitude and sincere appreciation.
How do I become a sponsor?
It’s easy! Print and fill out our paper form and send it with a check made payable to Heartland Center with “Night Under the Stars Sponsor” in the memo OR apply right here on our website.
